With this online registration platform, you can:
- book and pay for your registration online
- book and pay your accommodation for your stay

Please note that the booking of accommodation can be done during your online registration.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email and the login of your personal account.

The scientifique part of the symposium will begin on July 23^rd, 2018 at 9 a.m. at the Plenary hall of the Regional Council and will end with the Polanyi lecture on July 26^th at 6 p.m.
A welcome evening reception will be held on Sunday, July 22^nd, 2018 from 6 p.m at the restaurant "Les 3 Brasseurs" next to the train station Lille Flandre.
A gala evening reception will close the symposium. It will be at the Omnia restaurant, 9 Rue Esquermoise in Lille, Thursday, July 26^th at 7.30 p.m.

Rates :

 * Subject to supporting documents, to be provided ( i.e : University proof of attendance or student card)

Fee includes: welcome reception on Sunday, access to scientific sessions during 4 days, coffee breaks and lunches every day, drinks and food during both poster sessions and banquet diner as well as the excursions on Wednesday afternoon.

Cancellation and refund :

Any request of cancellation of the registration must be sent by email : click here

Only a cancellation meant in writing (mail or email) will pull the refund of the registration fee (case of force majeure).
No request of refund will be taken into account beyond July 27^th, 2018.
